In 2011 Arthur joined the ActionCOACH family by purchasing the exclusive rights for the Dutch Caribbean and starting its first office in Curaçao. Since then the firm has expanded to both Aruba (2012) and Bonaire (2016) and is growing on all 3 islands. Arthur is a tough coach (better do your homework), with a lot of passion and a small heart.

Arthur has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the College of William and Mary and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of South Carolina. Arthur has worked as a banker for 23 years primarily in private and corporate banking and as a development banker for over 6 years.

Next to his work, Arthur has been involved as an active board member in many social organizations such as Rotary, Ride for the Roses Foundation and the Curacao Chamber of Commerce. Arthur is a dedicated father, husband and business coach who wants to empower people to fulfill their potential.

Dave Martinus

In 2012, Dave Martinus made his entrance as Business Coach at ActionCOACH Aruba. Over the past 9 years, he has helped many business owners improve their businesses, achieve their goals and create a better life for themselves and their families. He encourages and works with his clients to take pride in themselves and their business owner they can possibly be.
Dave is a self-made sales guru who has 13 years of experience in the area of sales and business development in various types of branches such as Tourism, Loyalty Card Company, Manufacturing Companies and so on.
Dave has a big heart in helping his community as he has served in different non-profit organizations such as Scouting, Koningin Wilhelmina Kankerfonds, and JCI. In 2011 he was recognized as the most outstanding JCI International Vice President for the Americas and in 2018 Best ActionCOACH of the Caribbean. He is a dedicated father, caring husband and a musician.

Emily Da Costa-Gomez

Three months after the start of ActionCOACH Dutch Caribbean, Emily da Costa Gomez was the first to join the ActionCOACH Dutch Caribbean Family in December 2011. Since then she has focused tirelessly on helping the business and the clients to grow. Doing Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client relations, Office management and whatever else needs to be done. Emily is a true centipede. It is the vision of ActionCOACH that inspires and motivates her and her family, bringing positive change.
With a Bachelor in Social Studies and work experience in the recruitment business and hospitality she is always ready to help people with their needs and loves her job.
In 2005 she fell in love with the Caribbean when she moved to Aruba to run 2 stores of a famous ice cream franchise. In 2007 she moved to the beautiful island of Curacao where she fell in love and has been living since with her husband, daughter and son. Inspired by ActionCOACH, her husband started his own company in 2014 which she also supports wholeheartedly when and where necessary.
