Communication and Behavior Training

ActionCOACH uses the DISC personality assessment type tool and the Language System Diagnostic Instrument (Visual, Auditory or Kinesthetic).  In addition, tools of communication (words, voice and body language) will also be discussed. The session will be interactive and will last 4 hours, including several role-play scenarios.

The DISC assessment can be administered online before the training (will take 15-20 minutes to complete) and then discussed in detail during the workshop. Participants will get an individual report which describes all the different facets i.e., what are the strong points of each personality types, how to improve their effectiveness etc. In addition, the participants will be coached on how to spot the different personality types.
