We’re excited to offer a practical and interactive 4-hour workshop designed to help your team work better together. Called "Communication & Behavior", this session focuses on improving communication, understanding, and teamwork.

Before the workshop, each participant will complete a DISC Personality Assessment. These results will help your team:

• Understand each other’s communication styles.
• Work through differences to build stronger connections.
• Improve teamwork by using everyone’s strengths.
  

During the workshop, your team will take part in hands-on activities and role-playing to practice what they’ve learned and apply it to real-life situations.

This workshop is available starting at ANG 2250 for groups up to 15 participants and excludes DISC assessements ANG 100 pp

DISC

ActionCOACH uses the DISC personality assessment type tool and the Language System Diagnostic Instrument (Visual, Auditory or Kinesthetic).  In addition, tools of communication (words, voice and body language) will also be discussed. The session will be interactive and will last 4 hours, including several role-play scenarios.

The DISC assessment can be administered online before the training (will take 15-20 minutes to complete) and then discussed in detail during the workshop. Participants will get an individual report which describes all the different facets i.e., what are the strong points of each personality types, how to improve their effectiveness etc. In addition, the participants will be coached on how to spot the different personality types.
